In a first step, ceramic tiles or terracotta clay are placed upside down to form the final design of the tray.
Then, the table top is formed of an inner frame made of galvanized iron and covered with a resistant epoxy paint rust.
This frame is filled with concrete, which guarantees a real strength.
The concrete is laid in successive layers on a wire mesh, it is then covered with a sheet of fiberglass. The whole is covered with a layer of concrete finish.
All trays receive a protective treatment against fat stains or liquid.
