Auction transit « storage war »
For those who know or have heard of the show " storage war " a reality show about hunting auction across the country ( the most famous is made in the US , but there is also a Canadian version with great success ), see the wiki page of further details.
There is a similar concept in Quebec (it is not a reality show but simply a locker auctions.)
The location of the auction is announced on their website or via their newsletter if you subscribe .
Conduct of the auction: once on the premises of the auction (a number of locker is announced in advance and are often results of unpaid rent or simply abandoned by tenant) so at the time of the sale, the locker lock is cut under your eyes and at that time you have enough time for a glance of the content and decide how much you want to bid on it.
NB: there is often a fee for access these sales (often a 5 payable in the spot)
